40 NEW JOBS CREATED WITH THE OPENING OF KFC IN PALERMO

Milan, Italy, September 30– La Sicilia confirms itself as a strategic region for the development of Kentucky Fried Chicken. Work is underway that will lead to the opening, in the coming weeks, of the fifth restaurant on the island, the first in the capital. It will be in via Notarbartolo 1a, one of the main arteries of Palermo: once again KFC brings Colonel Sanders' delicious fried chicken to the heart of a large Italian city, as already in Catania and Milan. 

40 new jobs are created with the opening of the restaurant in Palermo, which will be managed in franchising by Idea Food srl, the Sicilian company for years in the catering sector that already manages the KFC restaurants of the Porte di Catania, in Piazza Spirito Santo in Catania, in the Center of Sicily in Misterbianco and in the Corolla Park in Milazzo.

The Palermo restaurant will be the first in Sicily to propose the new way of ordering KFC products in the restaurant through the kiosks, which allow a comfortable and safe choice of the menu to be enjoyed. One of the new features of the KFC experience, to be enjoyed in complete safety and relaxation with friends or family.

The new restaurant will offer 170 seats distributed between the dining room and a welcoming outdoor area. The restaurant  will be open every day from 10 to midnight. Charging points for electronic devices will be available.
