The opportunity to lead talent attraction strategy, technology, and employment marketing efforts for the KFC US Brand.
Delivering a more equitable, diverse, and inclusive RSC by executing KFC Recruitment Strategies that attract, hire, and retain the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline. A few ways that I have achieved this is as follows: created RSC & RGM Mentorship program to inspire career growth; continue to support and partner with local schools or organizations to mentor, build know-how, or create talent pipelines such as Western Highschool; serve the community through volunteering my time to support blessings in a backpack; educate myself and identify opportunities to bring along others to build-know on allyship; organized Implicit Bias Training led by Marian Vasser for field leaders; launched an Employee Spotlight program to provide a platform for field leaders to share what makes them unique; focus on staffing strategies that attract diverse candidate pools and ensure to have diverse representation on the interview panel; partner with departments and President Counsel to co-author ways to enhance staffing strategies and allyship throughout recruitment exercises.
KFC Foundation-I am passionate about the work they do since I have spent most of my KFC career field-facing. I have seen first-hand how much good they do for our field teams.
I am most happy when I get to help people be their best self.
