April 1, 2023: Hello Finger Lickin’ Fans! Gear up for April because KFC Thailand is about to fry this year’s Songkran up with a collaboration so spicy, colorful, and crisp that it’s gonna sting hotter than the famous Hot & Spicy chicken. 

For the first time ever, KFC Thailand is partnering with TIKKYWOW, a renowned Thai artist bringing his iconic and colorful street style and fashion into play with the Colonel’s original herbs & spices. The collaboration is inspired by the colorful modern Thai culture and its audience’s bold lifestyle, bringing you feisty surprises in joy of being able to fully celebrate Songkran after a few years of hush-hush. So hold on to your drumsticks because a drumroll is in order!

In the first feather of surprise, TIKKYWOW splashes his signature style into cooking up a brand new design for KFC’s iconic bucket, playing with Thai cultural elements that feature unique flavors of popular Thai symbols. The inspiration ranges from the classic Thai bus to the eclectic electric poles and the design makes the Colonel’s Bucket the most coloruful it has ever been. It doesn’t stop there. Sprinkle your wardrobe and release your inner zabb flavour with the ‘SUMMERWOW Collection’, which lays TIKKYWOW’s addictive art onto t-shirts, raincoats, bucket hats, bucket bags, and mini phone bags to keep you looking iconic and your phone safe and sound. Get your hands on the limited-edition TIKKWOW bucket and the SUMMERWOW collection at Samyan Mitrtown from 13th-16th April 2023. To bring back a Finger Lickin’ Good Songkran, KFC is throwing the biggest party in town with the Water Playground event during the Songkran days! Picture this: DJ Ballisticone on the Main Stage, lots of water fun, Colonel by your side with delicious fried chicken – what else is needed for a perfect Songkran this year? Featuring a Giant Bucket installation, you can shop the exciting new merch and show off your mouth-watering, irresistible style!
