STATEMENT ON FRAUDULENT RESTAURANT IN MAURITANIA

While we are still investigating the specific origins of the store in Mauritania, we can say for certain that this is not a licensed franchisee of KFC and is not affiliated with us in any way. Further, we are appalled that our brand is being falsely associated with the alleged poor operating conditions of this restaurant. 

We would be honored to have the opportunity to bring our authentic brand to KFC fans in Mauritania in the future, in the right way, with our high operating standards, procedures and values.
